Feeling overwhelmed about all that you need to get done?

Feeling worried about what could happen if….?

Feeling stressed at work?

Feeling angry with how she/he said to you?

Feeling frustrated with why can’t they just understand or listen to me?

Feeling sad because you did not get what you had hoped for?

Feeling afraid to make the next move, that you know you need to do?

The 100% solution is that Feelings are coming from Thought in the moment !

The fact that you’re missing to include in all the above experiences is Thought.

The feeling of…

Overwhelm does not come from what you have to do.

Worry does not come from the imagined future of what if’s.

Stress does not come from what is going on at work.

Anger does not come from what someone said to you.

Frustration does not come from being misunderstood or not listened to.

Sadness does not come from not getting what you hoped for.

Fear does not come from that thing you know you need to do.

The feeling of overwhelm, worry, stress, anger, frustration, sadness, fear are coming from Thought in the moment, 100% of the time.

You are feeling your overwhelmed, worried, stressed, angry, frustrated, sad, fearful thinking, in the moment.

“Someone once said to me, ‘Are you telling me that chair isn’t real, that it’s only thought?’ I said ‘Of course the chair is real. But it comes to you via Thought”

~ Sydney Banks

The circumstance is happening! I am not talking about that… I am pointing to HOW you have an experience of that circumstance, and what you at times might not be factoring in… is Thought.

Isn’t that great to know that NO circumstance or person has the power to make you feel a certain way? That the power that allows you to have experience is from the blessing of Thought, and that your feelings are always coming from thought in the moment. The implications of how you are reliably experiencing life 💯of the time, are your psychological, emotional, and spiritual resilience.
