I want to talk to you about mental well-being. 

I want to talk to you about your mental mental well-being my mental well-being and everyone’s mental well-being.

There is a science behind how we all have a mental experience of life moment to moment. 

That science allows us to definitively see how life works vs how it doesn’t.

The implications of understanding how your, my and everyone’s mental life works, allow us to be resilient.

Resilience is that we are not bound to circumstance or the past.

I am going to say that again.

Resilience is that we are not bound to circumstance or the past.

This turns what you might have believed resilience was on its head.

Circumstance can NOT directly dictate how we feel.

We can only have an experience of circumstance via Thought in the moment.

Resilience is that feelings come alive and derive from Thought in the moment 100 % of the time.

Our mental well-being is not bound to circumstance, or the past.

Our mental well-being is that feelings are coming from Thought in the moment. 

Sydney Banks had a beautiful quote I would love to share with you….

“The sickness of the mind are feelings that we create and put onto objects. But if you see the objects without the feelings, then you are healthy”

That is mental well-being.

That is resilience.
